Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD) is a specialised therapy which encourages the natural process of the lymphatic vessels and can boost your energy levels.
MLD uses gentle techniques to move the skin in the direction of the lymph flow which lead to the circulatory system. The lymphatic vessels are then stimulated to transport vital defence substances around the body as well as removing waste products and blockages by encouraging flow in the direction of the lymph nodes where they can be filtered and eliminated safely.
